Shipping Policy

A&W delivers orders throughout Pakistan.

Delivery Charges

Orders above Rs. 5,000 qualify for free delivery.

Orders below Rs. 5,000 are subject to a small delivery charge. The applicable delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Delivery Time

Orders are normally delivered within 3–5 working days after confirmation.

Delivery may take longer during public holidays, promotional periods, severe weather, courier disruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, an active telephone number and any necessary delivery instructions when placing an order.

Our courier partner may contact the customer before completing delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel.

A&W is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information, incomplete addresses, customer unavailability, courier disruptions or events outside our reasonable control.
